E-conomic integration til Magento 2

Integration mellem Magento 2 og e-conomic

Med Magento 2 modulet til e-conomic fra TRIC Solutions, kan du nemt og hurtigt lave en integration mellem din Magento 2 webshop og din e-conomic konto. Den indbyggede 2-vejs synkronisering, giver dig mulighed for at spare tid og ressourcer i det daglige arbejde. Slut med manuelt at skulle indtaste bilag, e-conomic modulet til Magento 2 kan automatisk overføre fakturaer og kreditnotaer, samt bogføre dem på samme tid også. 

For at kunne bruge modulet, kræver det at du allerede er kunde hos e-conomic. Er du ikke dette, så kan du læse nærmere omkring hvem e-conomic er og hvad de tilbyder her. 

Integration / login

For at oprette forbindelse mellem din Magento 2 webshop og din e-conomic konto, kræver det at der indtastes en API token i modulet. Denne kan nemt og hurtigt genereres direkte fra modulet, således du slipper for at skulle gøre det manuelt i e-conomic. 

Overførsel og bogføring

Integrationen sørger automatisk for at overføre fakturaer og kreditnotaer. Hermed slipper du for at skulle bruge tid på at taste dine bilag manuelt og eliminerer samtidig også tastefejl. Derudover kan du også aktivere automatisk bogføring, hvilket automatiserer processen endnu mere. 

Modulet kan ligeledes også sende en faktura til kunden. Vælger du at dette, kan du også angive hvilken e-mail-skabelon Magento skal benytte, samt hvilke betalingsmetoder der skal udløse afsendelse af faktura til kunden. 

Opret og opdater produkter

Du kan fra dit produktkatalog nemt oprette eller opdatere produkter fra din Magento 2 webshop og til e-conomic eller omvendt. 

Lagersynkronisering

Tilkøber du e-conomics lagerstyring-modul, kan du med e-conomic modulet til Magento 2, styre lageret i e-conomic. Når lageret i e-conomic ændrer sig, sørger synkroniseringen automatisk for at opdatere dette i din Magento 2 webshop.

Modulinstallation

Har du købt modulet uden installation og skal have hjælp til at installere det, eller skal du have opdateret modul til seneste version, så kan du tilkøbe installation / opdatering af modulet. Vi tager hånd om processen hele vejen igennem og sørger for at modulet er installeret / opdateret korrekt.
